So most mornings it\u2019s just a 5 minute yoga routine. But if I happen to wake up earlier then I choose a longer workout. Having a supportive partner who is an early riser helps too. It allows me to reflect what I need to accomplish by today. By just starting off your day with a little exercise you won&#39;t have to worry about have time for it later in the day. I would start off with something short for only a few minutes if you are really busy.
