I have never used any writing quotes though or prompts and it feels like less work and just flows out of my brain and into my hands faster. Sure, tough matters will come up up of course and it\u2019s good to formulate proper sentences to write down your anger or frustration as it will help objectify the matter.. a very healthy practice. If writing about your feelings makes you feel worse, it probably is either because you didn\u2019t get through the train of thought, or because you have more to work out regarding them.
