I\u2019d recommend breaking each task up into something you can accomplish in 2 hours or less.<\/p>\n<p>Notice that I said to add things you\u2019d like to accomplish in the upcoming week, not just the day. We aren\u2019t setting expectations, just clear goals. It gives you a list of options on how to spend your time. It\u2019ll help you focus on tasks you\u2018be already outlined as important.<\/p>\n<p>You can look back on what you accomplished when you make your next list. Anything that wasn\u2019t completed can be written in your next list if it still needs to be done.<\/p>\n<p>It can also be helpful to write about how you felt that day or how you felt about completing certain tasks.
