So far I&#39;ve found that bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms work well as long as you cut them up small enough. Well to be honest right now I\u2019m not up for it, so might be more of an excuse than anything else. Getting to the point. Two options I go to. 1. Trail Mix. Specifically Nature Made\u2019s California Medley. Almonds, pistachios, cranberries and grapes. No salt, just slightly roasted. 2. Hard boiled eggs and avocado. Something I can prep Sunday and have eggs during the week. You can heat it up really easily, and there\u2019s some soups that you can even drink which means that if you really had to you could put it in a cup and take it out of the house. However, it\u2019s not necessarily as fatty or as high in sugar and dairy as a smoothie. It\u2019s more filling than a lot of other alternatives, and that way if you end up still being hungry later (which often happens to me mid-morning unless I\u2019ve had an enormous breakfast) you haven\u2019t already burned through something like a muffin that packed on the calories for only temporary satisfaction.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Brittany E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I\u2019ve been a regular Greek yogurt, organic blueberries and granola. I am curious to take a food sensitivity test to see if yogurt is something I\u2019m sensitive to. When I was in college I would make these very simple no bake granola bars. They were made with oats, almond butter, honey, dried cranberries, and I think something else. You mix the ingredients together then place them in the freezer a little while to set then take them out cut them and they are ready to eat. I like to make a big batch of brown rice at the beginning of the week to add into my scrambles, its delicious and keeps me full longer. You can wrap up your scramble in a whole wheat tortilla or green leaf lettuce. You can also prep little baggies of mixed nuts if you prefer the fruit option as a way to fill fuller longer.
