When you explain what you are feeling and get it out of your system you connect with it which allows you to move on or contemplate why you are feeling the way you are at that moment.  Only when you connect with yourself can you heal.<br \/>\nI hope that answers your question.<br \/>\nI wish you peace and prosperity I.
