If it\u2019s during the day I use my hinch list. They sit in a nice jar and act as a functional decoration, because I draw one whenever I need inspiration and motivation. I\u2019ve found that when I give myself too much time to think and ponder and question which task and why it does nothing to help me. Sometimes it\u2019s needed to balance other things yes. But when it comes down to it my major issue is starting a task. So I simply start.
