Sure, you didn\u2019t complete everything but punishing yourself will only make you feel worse and over time, you can feel less motivated and in your subconscious mind, you\u2019ll see doing that task negatively because it\u2019s associated with punishment. Just ask yourself, what could I have done differently to have been able to complete it? Life isn\u2019t as simple as a straight line &#8211; sometimes we run out of time. There are so many reasons.
