Don\u2019t lie in<br \/>\nAs soon as you wake up, don\u2019t just fall straight back to sleep, look at the time, and if it is early enough for you, get up and eat some breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>2. Go to bed earlier<br \/>\nIf you stay up super late, chances are you will sleep in late, so thinks about going to bed earlier.<\/p>\n<p>3. Be committed<br \/>\nReally persevere to improve your sleep pattern. It won\u2019t work for one day and not the next. Sure , you are allowed days off, but too many aren\u2019t going to change anything.<\/p>\n<p>I hope this helped. From my experiences so far, I noticed that preparing a to-do list and sleeping early the night before helps me to wake up early the next day. Something you can\u2019t to do with a lot of noise.<br \/>\n8. Do your bed so that you\u2019re too lazy to jump back in<br \/>\n9. Start the habit of waking up early with one of your siblings if you have any so that you push each other to wake up early<br \/>\n10.
