I\u2019m meditating,  I use my a meditation app called Whealthy, you can do other things in the app such as exercising, tracking your water, tracking your heart rate, and a find the difference brain game. The app gives you coins and you can purchase prizes with them delivered to your house, but that\u2019s not the best part of the app. The best part, in my opinion, is that you can do all the meditations in the app without having to pay. Well, you can do anything in the app without having to pay. I do a lot of guided meditations.
