It doesn\u2019t matter if you do it regularly, haven\u2019t in years or it\u2019s your first time &#8211; there is an experience of mindfulness waiting for you. The act alone, of taking the time to care for your mental space and clarity, is an act of love that teaches your mind a willingness to improve.
