But, I know my routine so well that I know when I MUST wake up and start my day. I\u2019ve never been a morning person, so I still allow myself lots of time to wake up slowly. I set my alarm for 30 minutes before I know I have to be up so if I want, I can snooze if I want to and not be messed up with my routine.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Kaitlin U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I personally don&#39;t use any but I&#39;ve heard of some that make you do a math problem to turn it off.
