I should confess that I\u2019m doing yoga teacher training online and meditation does count towards my hours, though!<br \/>\nI missed a few days while on vacation and I find it more difficult when my boyfriend stays over. If I\u2019m ambitious, I will go to bed with my headphones beside me so I can plug them in and meditate quietly while still sitting in bed in the morning. Some days I\u2019m very restless, some days it feels easy. Lately I\u2019ve been managing 15 minute body scans that I never would have been able to sit still for before. I find it a bit easier to direct my thoughts during the day when I go down a rabbit hole of thoughts I can just say \u201cthinking\u201d and get back to my task.
