Thank you so much for your question. I think if you\u2019re asking this question, you\u2019re doing something that doesn\u2019t interest you however, ask yourself if there are things in your life that you don\u2019t like to do. How does it make you feel when you\u2019re doing something you have to, such as paying bills or going to work so they\u2019d be paid for or maybe it may be something less hard like brushing your teeth. It\u2019s such a tedious task but necessary. Whatever answers you come up with, write them down along with your feelings before the task at hand and how you feel afterwards.
