But usually I&#39;m in bed by 10pm. Recently I\u2019ve been trying to be in bed by 10, but I am trying to get down to about 9 before school. That sounds so early to me, but I\u2019m trying to keep in mind that I plan to wake up at 5 during the school week. I don\u2019t plan to keep that exact schedule on weekends, but who knows&#8230; I might just keep it so the weeks are easier! Then I wouldn\u2019t have to adjust after the weekend.<br \/>\n I hope this is helpful, but just remember that you need to find a schedule that works for you! As long as you\u2019re getting enough sleep(6-8 hours if you\u2019re a grown adult, 8-10if you\u2019re a teenager), i think any schedule would be doable.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Olga N.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">My usual bedtime is 8AM  because I work 11PM to 7AM and I work ever other weekends.
