I could keep the medications by my bedside so I could eat earlier. Now that I am at home, I\u2019ve been cooking breakfast daily. However, generally, I start the day with a handful of nuts and a banana so that I don&#39;t have to get up early \ud83d\ude09 small steps at a time, if you set something that feels unmanageable then it feels like much more of a task.
