It\u2019s quick and easy and I honestly see results from it. I want to build up my excercise routine to be a bit more robust, including getting my heart rate up for a longer period of time, but the 7 minute workout is the anchor I fall back on when I don\u2019t feel like exercising. I recommend going on the Madfit YouTube channel and find one of her pajama workouts.
