Also doing yoga everyday will help you regain flexibility. Doing yoga twice a day in the morning and at night will help you ease into it! Tell yourself you\u2019re going to breathe and stretch for two minutes. Limit yourself to good posture and relaxed deep breathing. After these two minutes of sitting in this posture and breathing you will naturally one to stretch your arms and your torso. Stand up raise both arms up, and tilt your torso to the left. Inhale back to center,Exhale lower your body to the right. Contemplate your body and  your breath.
