Something is better than nothing, of course. The best way I know of is to work on one muscle group, and then let it rest for two days. What I do know is that you get results when you persist. The muscle actually builds while you are resting from the exercise. If you only do it once a week, you&#39;re not &quot;resting&quot; to recover as often! I\u2019m studying dance and I know that within<br \/>\n 4 days you\u2019re muscles already loose strength if you don\u2019t trigger them again so it\u2019s more important to do more times a week (even short times) then only 1 time a week otherwise you don\u2019t build up anything. This can be applied to working out. I would rather do 5 &#8211; 15 min. Of physical activity everyday than just doing an hour once a week.
