At a recent dentist\u2019s appointment, they told me that sensitive gums are a sign of bacteria buildup at the gum line, and as you continue to floss, the sensitivity, redness and bleeding will decrease. If the sensitivity doesn\u2019t reduce, perhaps be more aware of how hard you\u2019re brushing your teeth? Brushing hard against your gums can also cause gum sensitivity. As for the type of floss I use, I use just a regular thin minty wax floss, plus threaders to get inbetween my permanent wire retainers. Hope this was helpful \ud83d\ude0a<\/div>\n<\/div>
