It&#39;s good for you and tastes good too!<br \/>\nExperiment with adding spices to the eggs while they are still wet or the oil once it&#39;s melted to add more flavors and options to your arsenal. Scramble eggs with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, spinach, whatever veggies you like, and fill a pre-cut pita pocket (smart pockets brand is awesome!) with the egg mixture. Top with cheese and&#x2F;or hot sauce.<br \/>\n&gt; Potato and egg &#8211; this is a nice hearty breakfast and can be made for a crown in the oven&#x2F;on the stove, or for one or two in the microwave! Bake potatoes (oven or microwave), top with a fried egg with a runny yolk or a poached egg (you can poach an egg in the microwave), seasonings of your choice, diced ham, bell peppers, spinach and cheese!<br \/>\n&gt; oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and the classic home made egg McMuffin are all great options too!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Micah P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Do you own a blender? If so, put anything and everything into it and see what happens. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, I&#39;m vegan and tend to fill my breakfast with as much goodness as I can making it both nutritious and tasty.
