I start with oats, nuts and seeds. After toasting them I add some dried fruit and cover it all in a mix of grape seed oil and honey, and stir. I keep this in an airtight container. In the mornings I simply add some milk, plain yoghurt and chopped fresh fruit, such as a banana. I recommend this so that you have enough energy for the whole day, instead of mid day snacks, because the snacks tend to be fatty snacks which make the breakfast no value at all. Get a good breakfast, have enough energy to do activities such as exercise and other things and eat healthy the rest of the day! This gives me my protein to start off the day and a filling meal. You can also try mixed nuts if you need something different. It is easy to make and tasty.
