Pc and iPad, as much as televisions or any other device with a screen, emits light in the blue spectrum. It has been scientifically proven that these kind of lights suppress the production of melatonin in our body, the hormone that makes us feel sleepy at night. Staring as these screens at night prevents us from falling asleep. The best thing you can do is to turn on the night shift to the max on your iPad from sunset to sunrise and for the computer download some app that does the same job as the night shift on the iPad (it basically removes lights in the blue spectrum making it look more orange).
\nAlso reduce brightness as much as you can. This will help for sure but in general it\u2019s better not to stare at screens or listens to loud sounds for at least an hour before going to sleep.<\/div>\n<\/div>
