There are so many forums online about different interests.. but those are not very personal. If you are interested in languages there are a lot of exchanges for that that are more one on one. If you do some research on google I&#39;m sure you will find something with international friendships in mind. If you are looking for intellectual relationships in general, in would be easier to make them in real life first and use your phone to keep in touch.
