Most of my journaling stems from an emotion which triggered me to start writing. Just recently I told myself that I\u2019m not going to focus on a certain thing to journal about, instead I\u2019m going to pick up the pen and just begin to write. Even when you feel like you don\u2019t have anything to say, write that down as well. You\u2019ll be surprised at how the gears shift once you agree to just write and whatever comes out on paper is what\u2019s meant to be on paper. Sometimes the journal entry isn\u2019t about me in particular; it may be me speaking to the universe or that crowd of people who needs to hear certain things. Although it\u2019s my journal, I sometimes write as if it\u2019s my auditorium filled with people who are striving to become their Higher self \u2665\ufe0f\ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffe<\/div>\n<\/div>
