I switched over to using a waterpik instead on the recommendation of my dentist and have been using it for about three months. It&#39;s a little bit of an investment, and it does take some getting used to, but in the long run you&#39;re saving a lot of plastic waste. I also feel a lot fresher and like I got a deeper clean when I use my waterpik as opposed to traditional floss.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Jackie E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">No, I use a small attachment to a handle which works really better for my tight teeth.  But I am sorry to say there is a plastic component that I have to throw away.
