I noticed that when I plan a lot of things into the evening ritual, I become almost stressed out,because I feel the need to accomplish everything and do it kinda fast. Then if I need to I take some of my medicine and then change into my pajamas. No TV 30 min at least before bed. Take my medicines. I tidy up the house so that I start with a clean slate in the morning and then I head in to my room to start washing up. If I had a sweaty workout I will be sure to rinse off in the shower if I haven\u2019t already. I always wash my face and apply any facial serums, etc. to keep me looking young and fresh \ud83d\ude42 and then I take care of my feet (brush, floss, mouthwash, retainer).
