It depends if I oversleep or if I went to bed late. Often that will be a simple omelette with nice family be herbs, mushrooms and saut\u00e9ed greens. Other days it may be 2 hard boiled eggs. I sometimes get a little nauseous in the morning because of all the liquids i am putting in my body. I found out that eating carrots  hydrates me and it doesn\u2019t make me feel bloated. Always eat your breakfast in peace and really take the time to consume all the positive energy that you will need throughout the day.
