I have been making healthy pancakes for the week in a food processor (2 eggs, 1 banana, 1&#x2F;4 cup oat flour and dash salt and cinnamon per 3 decent sized pancakes), but you could also mash the banana in a bowl with 2 eggs, banana, oat flour salt and cinnamon too. I keep frozen berries in the freezer and thaw them and top with berries rather than syrup. If I need more sweetness I add some monk fruit sweetener. I also like to make scrambled eggs and throw in spinach to get greens in. I would just do scrambled eggs then toast the bread and while cooking the eggs I would cook a slide of ham ( the ones you use to do sandwich) on the side. Mix in some frozen raspberries (they will defrost quickly in the warm porridge) and add a dash of cinnamon! It\u2019s like a crepe. You could  check for healthy recipes of crepes.
