I\u2019m not a big fan of plain oatmeal, but you can add a spoonful of peanut butter, and&#x2F;or other nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, seeds like pumpkin or sunflower, chia, sesame seeds even. You can add any dried fruit, or have already chopped fruit in the fridge or freezer to make it easy to add. You can also try adding some cottage cheese, maybe sour cream and experiment with different plant based milk in place of water&#x2F; cows milk. You can also blend the spinach ahead of time and pour into an ice cube tray, so you can use frozen spinach  cubes. And you can also peel bananas, break them into chunks, and freeze them. So nothing goes bad and using frozen ingredients makes it taste more like ice cream. It would be best to add a source of healthy fats there, it&#39;s pretty easy (you could go for nuts, seeds, nut butters, maybe coconut&#8230;).<br \/>\nYou could also go for a savoury breakfast and cook up some eggs with some veggies, like spinach, and eat your favorite carb source with it.<br \/>\nI suggest you to try out chia pudding as well, it&#39;s easy to make (you could even prep it the night before) and it&#39;s very nutritious.<br \/>\nThey&#39;re not my favourite, but you could give a go to smoothies and smoothie bowls too. I like to put it in overnight oats (the crunchy peanut butter adds a nice texture!)
