You can search for great recipes but normally it\u2019s just oats, chia seeds (optional), milk of choice, yoghurt (for a thicker texture) and any toppings like fruit and seeds! Microwave it for about a minute. You can eat it right away or let it sit for a few minutes and let the milk absorb. Overnight oats are good if you want something hot &#8211; soak them overnight in the fridge, microwave them for a minute and a half to take the chill off. Combine oats, hemp milk, chia seeds, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and maple syrup (if using) in glass jar with lid. Stir, close lid, and refrigerate overnight.<br \/>\n2. Open lid, stir, and sprinkle with coconut and pistachios, if using.<\/p>\n<p>For quick easy breakfasts I also like<br \/>\n-Chia pudding<br \/>\n&#8211; An apple with a couple hard boiled eggs (I hate peeling eggs so I buy a bag of eggs that have already been boiled and peeled.
