What I do in those periods: 1. allow myself to be not a hero: skip rituals and don\u2019t blame myself because I know that I\u2019m not a robot; 2. If I keep doing the rituals then try not to think too much: do it or not, skip it or not &#8211; just make a very simple step like \u201cok, I won\u2019t use floss, just clean my teeth. Apparently after that I decided to use floss. Or like \u201cI\u2018l\u2019ll skip the whole workout but do only stretching, or only simplest two exercises\u201d. And again, sometimes I find myself in keep doing the whole set of exercises. And again: don\u2019t blame myself if I can\u2019t do something or just decide to skip it for today, or for several days. Everything changing.<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-3010937381\"><div id=\"thefa-464451409\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Procrastination is not laziness.
