I think the reason I keep doing hard things is because I know what it feels like to cross the finish line. I\u2019ve come to realize that success feels so much better than being BFFs with the shoulder devil of procrastination. With that said, as nice as it would be to simply say, \u201c Hmm I think I\u2019ll work out for an hour every day, go off sugar, and weigh ad much as I did when I was 16\u201d it doesn\u2019t work that way. That\u2019s why I love this app! You can start with the smallest thinks like drinking a glass of water, eating a snack at a certain time, or even just breathing! Egyptian pyramids are some of the most majestic and beautiful pieces of architecture on the planet, but they are built one stone at a time! Do your best to not take on too much at a time, start with the small things, and make your way up! We eat sandwiches one bite at a time, if we tried to shove it in in one go, we would choke. It is the same with accomplishing our goals.
