I like feeling proud to have accomplished something. My workout may be minor. Like a few squats or pushups. My morning routine is Medication, water, Breath, devotional, breakfast, and then walking.  I do a happy dance.  That concludes my morning routine. Its nice just to listen to somethjng, as the intensity keeps me off my phone and provides a brief pause without the risk of stopping altogether that just sitting or laying down would<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Sarah Y.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Personally, I&#39;m not a huge fan of planning, so I never set a specific time. But if I&#39;m bored during the day, instead of mindlessly searching the internet, or checking the fridge, I do some exercise.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lydia Y.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Engaging in physical activity keeps up your energy levels  (along with eating the right foods of course). You don\u2019t have to hit the gym or do a specific workout routine every single day. Sometimes doing body weight squats or pushups for a few reps is enough to get the blood pumping through your body. If calisthenics or going to the gym isn\u2019t your thing yet, do something else that gets your heart going. Something like dancing, doing yard work, or even going for a brisk walk.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Vernon Z.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I used to have amazing will power and the drive to exercise when I was younger.  Now, not so much.  So for me, the workout just absolutely has to be fun and engaging in some way.
