Whenever I decide not to do a habit, I end up never doing it again. You tell yourself that you don\u2019t need to, just this one day, but it then you stop, and tell yourself that you don\u2019t need to do it again and again(trust me this has happened to me many times). I\u2019m sure you\u2019ve heard this before we before, but start small. If you start bigger, or have worked up to bigger,  and don\u2019t feel like doing a hardcore workout today, maybe take it down a notch. Don\u2019t start too big, even if  you\u2019ve worked up to it, then crash to nothing. Personally, I do yoga every morning. You may not want to do it in the moment, but once you push through and complete your workout it is so rewarding knowing that you were determined enough to do it even if you don\u2019t want to.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Enola O.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">When I don\u2019t feel like exercising I tell myself \u201cYou know you\u2019ll regret it in the morning\u201d and if that doesn\u2019t work I will look at photos of myself and think \u201cYou can do it, just 10 minutes, that\u2019s all\u201d and I\u2019ll reward myself afterwards.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Jagoda Z.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I remember what I feel like after the exercise. Not just after because then I am exhausted but a little bit later. Think of how happy u will be when u achieve Ur goal. The commute is 60 km each day ^^ that&#39;s my daily workout. And if I don&#39;t have to work, I plan a small walk or run \ud83d\ude42 and if I really don&#39;t want to, I don&#39;t do it \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Krysta O.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I really struggle with this one too.
