If you&#39;re looking to relax then probably evening but if you do it right when you wake up, it centers you. <\/p>\n<p>So I&#39;d say whenever you can stretch. After waking up, my body needs the feeling of energy reaching throughout my body. Just 2-5 minutes of stretching when you wake up and before you go to bed is quick and good for your body. If I had to choose though, I\u2019d say upon waking.
