She advised that it\u2019s not the amount of time we spend that is key, rather, it\u2019s how well we focus on each tooth.   Two minutes is a general guideline to ensure we spend enough time flossing instead of doing a quick in and out job.  Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes we can do a through job in less time!
