I also like instant oatmeal when I\u2019m in a hurry as well. A lot of mornings I have Greek yogurt with some assortment of fruit and seeds, and a touch of honey. If I know I\u2019m going to be in a hurry when I wake up, I\u2019ll make breakfast ahead of time. Today I had a simple egg and cheese sandwich which I made last night and then just heated up for a few seconds this morning (and a cup of coffee). Have ingredients and toppings that you like ready and prepared so all you have to do in the morning is throw it together. Take a bowl and add 1 dL of oats, 1 dL of coconut milk and 1 dL of water. Add a pinch of salt and chia seeds. Stir and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes on low. You can use those 3 minutes for something else like packing your bag for the day \ud83d\ude42 when the oats are done you can go ahead and put fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, stewed apples or whatever else you like on there. These can also be meal prepped the night before, just add all the dry ingredients together that night and the add the liquids in in the morning! I like to make overnight oats or chia pudding the night before (I do 1.4c oats, 1 Tbsp Chia seeds, 1&#x2F;2c. Greek yogurt, milk of choice until it\u2019s a little too thin, will thicken over time), top it with fruit or nuts in the morning. Can make it in a to-go container to eat on the way. I also like to prep a smoothie ahead by putting all the ingredients into a blender cup and putting it in the fridge overnight. Then just pop it on the blender and drink in the morning!
