When you wake up, just pop it in the oven at 359 for 30 mins or until eggs are done. More to the point considering your question: My first advice would be to keep the fridge, fruit bowl and cupboard somewhat well stocked so you can easily grab an apple and some nuts&#8230; I\u2019m sorry, i feel you are somewhat ahead in the proces, I\u2019m in the phase that eating any kind of breakfast is an accomplishment&#8230; i looked on google and found&#8230; maybe a little egg-muffin?
