Be aware that you can find all these things still at a later point. Playing games, texting, googling stuff that your brain decides to ask at the most inconvenient times. It all adds up to being on our phones or watching a show. And what do we do when we\u2019re not doing those things? So finding something to replace them with in your evening routines is priority number 1. And then set a timer and stick to it.
