Add nuts or berries as desired.  You can also fix oatmeal the night before so you can heat and go;<br \/>\n&#8211; toast, topped with peanut butter or cheese, choosing a high fiber bread. Dave\u2019s Killer breads have fiber, chia, etc.  and a great chewy texture;<br \/>\n&#8211; fix fruits, chia, etc. the night before.  Add protein (milk, powder) and make a smoothie;<br \/>\n&#8211; when I have time, I make my own breakfast sandwich using a multigrain English muffin like Thomas\u2019;<br \/>\n&#8211; prepare something you can grab and go, like a hard boiled egg, piece of cheese or other protein, and some fruit;<br \/>\n&#8211; in a pinch, know which fast food chains offer healthy options such as egg white breakfast sandwiches or wraps.
