Many people lose confidence in themselves for many different ways; was my drawing really that good? Am I gonna get that A in class, or did I not study enough? It could be your biochemistry, in which case you got to look at your diet and make sure that it's balanced. Everyone is different and have different dietary requirements, so look into that. Along with that, look at your psychology, your self esteem. These factors are just as important to look after as your body is.
To make a long discussion short, 10 minutes of meditation a day, reading books on psychology, self help, self esteem and things that you're interested in as well as people that you consider great people will help lift you up.
Consider your environment, your circumstances, your peer group, friends and colleagues. I think you might not be taking adequate calories as to burn, one also needs calories in. Otherwise, it is breakdown and thus fatigue, especially if you are using proteins only for calories. Iwould encourage low carbs but healthy fats andproteins in your diet. Also, observe your baseline heart rate and then after 1 minute of high intensity workout. Then rest and observe how long it takes to return to baseline. A lot depends on age, other concurrent conditions, etc. Hope this helps

Swetlana W.

Sorry, no wise words here.
