However, I chose one thing to clean up for my clean and tidy up part of my routine: the litter box, which was the one thing I don\u2019t want to go to bed without having done. All the rest is bonus for me. I also have a clean and tidy habit in my noon routine which I use for doing my lunch dishes and clearing my desk so that when it is time to go home from work I am ready (rather than spending 15 minutes putting away files and packing my bag). So long story short, I have assigned a particularly important clean-up task for my habit rather than just generic cleaning up. I don\u2019t know if that will help since in your case if I understood correctly, you want to pick up toys and also clean something else.
