First you brown a pound of sausage in a pan with about half an onion, chopped. You chop up one sweet potato into pretty small chunks, about half an inch, and put that on a baking sheet. Add the turkey and onion to the sweet potato, then crack four eggs on top and bake at 425 for about 20 min. Surprisingly it reheats in the microwave really well and the egg doesn\u2019t get very rubbery. I divide it into 4 servings and it\u2019s a fair amount of protein to start the day!<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-2727981464\"><div id=\"thefa-1544315140\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Procrastination is not laziness.
