It\u2019s not strenuous and an easy goal to keep. Also, I\u2019ve noticed my walk has a meditative effect that allows me to reflect during the quiet ten minute period. No cell phone or music.  It\u2019s a great way to start my day. I\u2019ve lost 17 lbs and I can truly say that eating healthy is about 90% of getting in shape. Just a thought.
