Usually I mix carrots, spinach, ginger, orange juice, pineapple and strawberries. But you can add whatever you find in your local market. Add orange slices to your plate -just like you get in a restaurant. I add raisins, craisins or fresh fruit to cereal. And nuts for fiber and crunch! Same for yogurt.
