I started making the granola myself most of the time. It has coconut oil, honey, almonds, pecans, oats, flax and chia seeds. Oatmeal is what the oldest family in the world eats daily.  I used to eat oatmeal but have switched to rice farina because it doesn&#39;t sit as heavy in my stomach.  I add Ceylon cinnamon forits anti-inflammatory and antioxidants.  For me it&#39;s all about improving digestion and health so adding turmeric ginger, and black pepper to each meal really helps me to digest and reduce inflammation.  Another thing to add is chia seeds for  their anti inflammatory and helping me stay Fuller longer. Some filling non-egg options I like are:<br \/>\n-Oatmeal with fruit, or Greek yogurt with fruit (I often use frozen berry mix, thawed overnight in the fridge).<br \/>\n-English muffin with mashed avocado (and a sprinkle of kosher salt&#8230;add some pepper, paprika, cayenne, or other spices to change it up)<br \/>\n-Leftovers!
