If you get the foundation of your project done, the rest should fall into place but I guess it depends on what kind of project you are doing, maybe try and get other things done faster so you have more time for your project. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Caitlin S.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">The biggest thing is to get started. If I don\u2019t have much time on my hands, and I don\u2019t know how to get started, it helps to break it into teensy tiny steps. Even things as small as \u201cGet out my laptop. Turn on my speaker (I listen to music as I work most of the time). Pull up document. Brainstorm ideas. Write first sentence\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It may seem excessive to break it down that much, but sometimes it\u2019s necessary, and it\u2019s much better to get a couple sentences written than moment at all, or a few clothes put up than none at all. Get what you can done in the time you have and remember it will add up. Also, have a plan for what you want to accomplish beforehand or create on each very quickly at the beginning of those thirty minute stuff. It also helps to eliminate all distractions. Don\u2019r let yourself get distracted by emails. If there\u2019s something you want to check on later, scratch it on a sheet of paper and keep working on your project <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andreas B.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Hi there! You might want to re-assess, if you really only have 30 min per day at your disposal. Because itf it was really a project that was truly important to you, you would create more time in your schedule for it.<br \/>\nElse: I would one day take more time, let&#39;s say 90min, to make a plan what you need to work on. Create something like a check list, so that you can stay on track on where you are and do not loose time in trying to remember where you left off. This way, you can also work on your project in 5min increments. And 5min you can do basically anywhere. Waiting for your bus, taking 5min longer during lunch or coffee break, 5min right after waking up in the morning.
