I find that it calms my nerves down while at the same time putting me in touch with my body with gentle and deliberate stretching. If you&#39;re away from data connection, her app (monthly fee) allows you to download for offline viewing. <\/p>\n<p>The other option I live is bodyweight fitness. There&#39;s an app called Progressive Workouts that runs you through the Reddit &#x2F;r&#x2F;bodyweightfitness recommended routine and helps you build up your skills. Build a fun playlist of energizing music ahead of time or download an audio book and at least go for a walk or easy jog before your day starts each moment. Choose healthier options, like taking the stairs, parking a block away, or walking during breaks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Mathew S.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">If you have a set of exercises that use your own bodyweight as resistance, then you can do those without needing a gym, so you&#39;re not relying on finding a gym whenever you travel. I&#39;m guessing you&#39;re traveling often enough to do it without a checked in luggage, so you&#39;ll at least have your phone with you. You can download one of many apps for workout sessions to be done at home, or look up exercises on YouTube. If you&#39;re staying in one place long enough that you get a few hours to yourself, you could look up a local park and head there for a run. If you have a very hectic travel schedule and you don&#39;t get a lot of time for exercising, a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) &#39;program&#39; at something like 15-20 minutes total (plus 10-15 minutes stretching) could be a great idea, but please do not attempt this if you haven&#39;t exercised in a few weeks&#x2F;months. I did that once and it resulted in a nasty cold, so be careful with those.<\/p>\n<p>For when you&#39;re home, even if it&#39;s just for a few days, there are gyms that offer a sort of &quot;stamp card&quot; where you can use it for, say ten times. Those could be useful for when you travel often and with short notice. You could use it when you&#39;re home in-between trips. If you&#39;re at home for a longer period, you can get a gym card for a month and use it regularly enough that the cost is worth it and make sure to cancel the payments before whatever date the next payment will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Benjamin Y.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">When traveling I walk around the hotel and do my form of stretch Yoga. It&#39;s easy all you need are a pair of shoes and a towel.
