They say eggs and fruit but if you don\u2019t have time, I\u2019ve also done oatmeal with peanut butter and fruit. It takes maybe 2 minutes to prepare and then I can eat it, and even pack it up on the go. Sometimes I add protein powder to the oatmeal to make sure I\u2019m getting enough protein. Sometimes I also add Jelly if I want it to taste a little sweeter that day.
