I also like to make smoothies. The base smoothie for me is the shake powder, any milk and banana. There are many different ways to make them such as with fruit or chocolate chips. One of my favorites is banana and peanut butter! It may seem boring but it\u2019s enough to keep you energized and full for quite a long time. You can substitute 2% milk that\u2019s in your oatmeal for almond milk or water. I also like making a fruit smoothie in the morning. Just blend ice, fruits of your choice, and almond milk together and you have a delicious smoothie. Eggs toast, and bacon are also great breakfast choices, but I wouldn\u2019t recommend eating it everyday. We consume most of our food in cooked form with varieties of spices added. So the breakfast have similar pattern of cooked whole wheat, pulses and veggies meal.
